Do I store the boxes for the tree and decorations?
Yes the packaging must be stored so that the tree and the decorations can be dismantled after Christmas and all items can be returned to the containers in preparation for the collection service, but don’t worry our packaging folds down flat and can easily be stored. Please ensure it is kept in a clean dry place so that it is returned to us in the same pristine condition.
Does the tree come with a stand and tree skirt?
All trees come with a stand but a tree skirt which covers the base of the tree can be rented in addition if so desired.
What is included as standard in the package?
Each package includes a pre-lit Christmas tree in your preferred size, baubles, tree stand and ribbon for garnishing the tree.
How many baubles are included for each size tree?
A 6ft tree comes with 105 baubles, a 7ft tree comes with 150 baubles and an 8ft tree comes with 210 baubles. Each themed tree has 15 different type baubles all of which are split proportionally to the total number of baubles.
What does installation include?
Installation includes white glove delivery and installation at your home or business premises. We will unpack and decorate your tree, remove all rubbish and ensure the packaging is folded and ready for storage at your premises over the Christmas period.
What does take down include?
Take down includes the dismantling of your tree, packing up your decorations and removing any wreaths / garlands. We will then take away your tree and decorations for storage.
